Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, applicable only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Please note that the condition of returned items will be inspected before processing. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Products that are not in their original condition or returned after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

If you return your entire order, please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging

  • No stains, odours, pet hair or damage

  • No returns on underwear, socks or other hygiene products

Laine Label reserves the right to reject the return if it does not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back and shipping fees will be recovered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

HOW TO RETURN

To start a return, contact us at chitchat@lainelabel.com

  • We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return code.

  • Pack the items neatly in their original packaging

  • Once received, we will inspect the condition of the items before processing your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

PROCESSING & REFUNDS

  • Returns are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING COSTS & PARTIAL RETURNS

If you return only part of your order and the remaining value falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you return the entire order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Failing to collect your package does not count as a return.

A €10 handling fee will be charged for uncollected shipments to cover postage and handling costs.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If a product is lost, damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at chitchat@lainelabel.com, so that we can evaluate the issue.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
