PROCESSING TIME

Please expect a processing time of 1-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping. During launches, drops or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe.

Finland: 2–5 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free shipping for EU orders over 150 EUR.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders shipped within the EU, no additional customs fees or duties apply.

If ordering from outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
